March 25, 2025 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Viale Bodio 37, Milan
The event will delve into how cinema and music can drive social change, through the experiences of two innovative cultural initiatives: Duemila30 – an international short film festival dedicated to social justice, sustainability, and inclusion. NovaraJazz – a festival celebrating the fusion of musical genres and promoting new artistic languages.
From concept to production, the two guest speakers will share their experiences in creating and managing a festival, revealing the challenges, unique features, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes of these cultural events.
Duemila30 is not just a short film festival; it’s a creative lab where young filmmakers, activists, and changemakers come together to address urgent issues such as social justice, sustainability, and inclusion. Founded in 2018 at the request of the United Nations (UNRIC), the festival explores the power of cinematic storytelling as a tool for social responsibility and active participation.
