From April 24 to June 6, 2025, Ferrari Fashion School will host GLAMMO_ART, a project conceived by GLAMMO to transform second-hand garments into true works of art. This initiative promotes sustainability, innovation, and the timeless beauty of fashion.
A Project That Challenges Fast Fashion
GLAMMO was inspired by international models like Rent the Runway and Vestiaire Collective, with the goal of offering a real alternative to fast fashion. A free app, a community made up exclusively of private users, and a model built by people, for people. A platform designed to meet the needs and values of the new generations, especially Gen Z, who are increasingly focused on environmental responsibility and conscious consumption.
With GLAMMO_ART, second-hand is no longer seen as a “second choice,” but as a true statement of style, identity, and responsibility. Each garment becomes a work of art, with its story and uniqueness placed at the heart of the project.
Second Hand, First Choice
Through the GLAMMO_ART campaign, GLAMMO seeks to overturn the traditional perception of second-hand fashion. Garments are no longer “used items,” but rather unique pieces — like works of art — with a story, an identity, and a true value.
GLAMMO_ART invites deep reflection on the value of what we wear, encouraging not only future fashion professionals but everyone to question their approach to sustainability.
The installation, set up within the school premises, is designed to be experienced and admired by students, teachers, guests, and visitors.
For students, it represents a real opportunity to explore new visions of fashion, actively contribute to the shift towards a more sustainable and conscious fashion industry, and observe firsthand how the language of fashion can be rewritten through new values and consumption models.
It is through experiences like this that the school transforms into a laboratory of ideas, where learning becomes action: a space where students are taught not only to create garments but to think, communicate, and shape the future of fashion in a more conscious, inclusive, and sustainable way. Because for all of us, regardless of what we do, second-hand must become a first choice — a choice of style, of awareness, and today more than ever, of sustainability.
