Fashion immersion

The course offers students a unique opportunity to expand their horizons through outside visits to various fashion-related places in the city. The fashion capital of the world, Milan, provides an ideal setting for unique and enriching experiences. Milan’s dynamic ecosystem guarantees students a variety of opportunities to explore and engage with the international scene the city offers through events, trade fairs, visits to museums and events related to the world of Fashion and Design. Milan Fashion Week, Fuorisalone, Design week, and Fashion Art and Photography Exhibitions are some of the must-attend events for stimulating experiences that students can enjoy while studying in the heart of the city’s fashion & design district. In addition, students are privileged to attend lectures given by esteemed professionals and experts in the fields of Fashion Design, Creative Directon and Fashion Editing. These talks offer valuable insights, inspiration and real-world experiences, enriching the understanding of the industry and providing students with practical knowledge to enhance their skills.

Designing captivating concepts and producing garments are integral parts of the course, aimed at translating students’ artistic ideas into tangible pieces combined with projects of strong visual impact. Finally, the course provides a deep understanding of the production cycle, refining the necessary skills to lead the creative team and develop collections that respect the brand’s historical identity while ensuring an innovative and competitive approach in the market.

Admission requirements

Italian Students
  • Bachelor’s degreefirst-level bachelor’s degree and/or work experience in Fashion, Design, or Business areas.
  • Students whose native language is not English must demonstrate language proficiency equivalent to an IELTS score of at least 6.0 – students lacking language skills will be supported before the start of the course.
  • Additionally, a motivational letter, a portfolio (if available), and participation in an admission interview are required.
International Students
  • Bachelor’s degree – first-level bachelor’s degree and/or work experience in Fashion, Design, or Business areas.
  • Official translation of the academic title and transcripts (if not already in Italian or English).
  • Students whose native language is not English must demonstrate language proficiency equivalent to an IELTS score of at least 6.0 – students lacking language skills will be supported before the start of the course.
  • Residence permit/permit application, to be submitted to the orientation office within 8 working days of arrival in Italy.
  • Additionally, a motivational letter, a portfolio (if available), and participation in an admission interview are required.
